By visiting josephdairo.com website or Joseph D’Airo’s social media, media platforms, and by making any appointments or service requests directly through this website (www.josephdairo.com) or by any other shared means to institute an exchange of currency (Venmo, cash, Zelle, Chase QuickPay, or Personal Check) for a service/session/healing/consultation you acknowledge and agree that you understand this disclaimer, terms and conditions, and policies noted throughout the website.

1) All appointments require a $25-$50 non-refundable deposit before any service take place. Paid to hold an appointment date.
• Cancellation of appointment forfeits the deposit.
• The remaining balance is due before the service session commences, by virtual payment, in person or by personal check.
• All appointments can be rescheduled for a later date. Deposits are good for three months without a pending appointment scheduled then they expire. Once expired a new appointment with require another non refundable deposit.
• If Joseph himself needs to reschedule then three month period to confirm a rescheduling begins from the day notification of rescheduling was sent out.

2) Refunds after services are provided are at the discretion of Joseph D’Airo

3) Follow up questions and other inquires after your in person, vitual or phone session has ended not allowed in any format. If you have further inquires, you are welcome to make another appointment to be scheduled at the earliest available date and time during Joseph’s normal business hours.

4) The time frames for private reading or healing sessions are 20mins, 30mins or 60 mins to keep a steady and organized calendar flow. No exceptions.

5) Gift Certificates: Once purchased the client or intended has 1 year to redeem a service from purchase date.

6) Forms of payment accepted: Cash, Venmo, Zelle or by personal Check.

7) Private reading or healing seasons are intended for one or two individuals at a time. Clients may coordinate if more attendees are requested. However more than 3 attendees will require a separate appointment to be created including all fees due.

8) Clients are not permitted to make third party appointments. They are encouraged to purchase a gift certificate and allow the third party to contact www.josephdairo.com to set up their own appointment. This avoids confusion and miscommunications.
